I’ve been to this walk-in clinic a few times because it was nearby, but every visit left me feeling very unwelcome by both staff and doctors.
On one occasion, the receptionist asked for my health card and, while entering my information, put my card on her lips and was playing with it before handing it back to me. I found this extremely inappropriate and unhygienic.
On another visit, a doctor said he would email me a requisition. After waiting over an hour and not receiving anything, I called the clinic. The receptionist yelled at me, said it would be sent in 3–5 business days, and then hung up. When my partner called afterward, she told him the requisition had already been sent. It has now been two months, and I never received it.
Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unwelcoming behavior make this a clinic I would not recommend.

I am very grateful to have Dr. Negin Asefi as our family doctor. She has always been kind, supportive, and truly present for us whenever we needed care. Our family has been her patients for more than six years, and throughout this time she has consistently shown compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern for our health and well-being.

I had a wonderful experience at Viva Health Centre. The clinic is clean, organized, and very welcoming. The staff were kind, patient, and extremely helpful from the moment I arrived. The doctor took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable. It’s definitely one of the best walk-in clinics I’ve been to in Toronto. Highly recommended!
I especially want to mention Dr. Zahra Changizi, she is truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. Her diagnosis is incredibly accurate, her work is exceptionally professional, and she always takes the time to listen with patience and care. I felt completely confident and supported throughout my visit thanks to her.

The front desk staff are always very polite and helpful — they make every visit smooth and pleasant. I also highly recommend Dr. Pashaei — he’s truly the best doctor for Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being. I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Wow! Great doctors, staff and pharmacists all at one beautiful place! Dr. Negin Asefi who is an artist and photographer is the best doctor on the planet Earth 🦋🌎🕊️
In addition she works with best assistants of the GTA. Sama, Sam and others are managing a lot of tasks and phone calls. Very friendly environment and notably professional too! The pharmacy staff and manager are also remarkably helpful and kind. I feel lucky to live in Ontario and have access to this centre at this point in time 🙏💯

They really do a good job for the patients! I’ve been to the clinic 4-5 times already and I’ve consistently received good care! The pharmacist is great and explains everything thoroughly, the doctors are understanding and courteous, the receptionists are cute and nice! 10 outta 10
P.S. maybe some sorta ticket system at the pharmacy would be nice?

My experience at Viva Health Centre continues to be a stellar experience in regards to optimum patient care. The health care provider who initially saw me was kind, efficient and organized in her questions for extracting my medical needs. Then, Dr. Pashaei! Dr. Pashaei is an incredible medical practitioner. His patience, knowledge and thoroughness for providing the best patient care are above none! My visit to the pharmacy within the medical clinic was fast and efficient! It was so refreshing to see the pleasant face of the young man who took care of my prescription. A pleasant experience at Viva Health Centre makes the navigation of one’s health journey much easier!

Dr. Pashaei is a well-educated and knowledgeable Nephrologist. I have been there for my checkup. His approach and case study style is one of the best in his medical specialty.
On the other hand, the Viva Health Centre is a well-designed, clean and organized clinic where not only can you find incredible specialists, but also there is a good pharmacy out there for your needs.

I have the luck of having Maryam (Maryam Zandbiglari RD) as my dietitian for over a year. She highly prioritize your health needs, and she provides a plan which not-only is sustainable but also tailored for you. The meal plan she provides is nutritious and based on your specific health goals/culture. If you’re looking for a registered dietitian to trust in your journey to wellness, I would highly recommend Maryam Zandbiglari RD.
