On one occasion, the receptionist asked for my health card and, while entering my information, put my card on her lips and was playing with it before handing it back to me. I found this extremely inappropriate and unhygienic.
On another visit, a doctor said he would email me a requisition. After waiting over an hour and not receiving anything, I called the clinic. The receptionist yelled at me, said it would be sent in 3–5 business days, and then hung up. When my partner called afterward, she told him the requisition had already been sent. It has now been two months, and I never received it.
Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unwelcoming behavior make this a clinic I would not recommend.
I sincerely thank her for all the support she has given us, and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a caring and reliable family doctor

I especially want to mention Dr. Zahra Changizi, she is truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. Her diagnosis is incredibly accurate, her work is exceptionally professional, and she always takes the time to listen with patience and care. I felt completely confident and supported throughout my visit thanks to her.

They are always welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. In addition she works with best assistants of the GTA. Sama, Sam and others are managing a lot of tasks and phone calls. Very friendly environment and notably professional too! The pharmacy staff and manager are also remarkably helpful and kind. I feel lucky to live in Ontario and have access to this centre at this point in time 🙏💯
