Why the Clinic and Pharmacy Are Side by Side

Dr. Pashaei and Sepideh built Viva Health Centre with one goal: make it easy to get both medical care and your medication in a single visit. Too often, patients see a doctor, get a prescription, and then have to find time for a second trip just to fill it, sometimes at a different pharmacy, sometimes with an extra wait. That's a problem they wanted to solve.

That's why the pharmacy sits right next to the clinic, not somewhere else far in the city. After you see the doctor, you don't have to plan another errand around your day. You can walk over, pick up your prescription the same day, in the same building, and leave with everything you came for, all in one visit.

Who You'll Meet

Beyond the two founders, Viva's team has grown to include family medicine and walk-in physicians, an on-site nephrologist and endocrinologist, a registered dietitian, and a pharmacy team that knows patients by name. Everyone works from the same building, which means a walk-in visit for something small can turn into ongoing care for something bigger, without a patient having to start over somewhere new.

Serving Richmond Hill

Viva Health Centre has grown a lot since that first day, now serving patients across Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Oak Ridges, Bayview Glen, Thornhill, Markham, and the rest of York Region. But what hasn't changed is the goal: whether you're walking in, seeing a specialist, or picking up a prescription, it's all still handled in one place, under one roof, good healthcare, easy to find and easy to go to, for everyone who walks through the door.
