Appointments and online booking

Online booking is provided through Cortico. Follow the instructions and check the status shown in your booking confirmation. A message acknowledging receipt of a request is not necessarily confirmation of an appointment. Some requests may require review or further contact. If the status is unclear, please call the clinic.

The clinic may contact you when clarification or a change to the appointment is needed, including a change of time or provider. A booking does not guarantee a particular prescription, investigation or treatment; clinical decisions require an appropriate assessment.

Cancellation and missed appointments

Please contact the clinic as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, and give at least 24 hours' notice. Call (905) 237-8482 or use any cancellation option provided with your booking.

A reasonable fee may apply to a missed appointment or cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, including rescheduling that cancels the original appointment. A fee will apply only if its amount and the cancellation policy were communicated to you in advance, a cancellation process was available, and the physician was available to see you at the scheduled time. This page alone does not specify or authorise a particular charge.

We will consider exceptional circumstances and ability to pay, including whether to reduce or waive a fee. Please contact us to discuss your circumstances. An itemised invoice is available on request.
