Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Pharmacy Assistant to handle prescription processing, patient service, and daily pharmacy workflow. You'll work closely with our pharmacist and clinic team to make sure patients get the right medication, on time, with clear guidance on how to use it. We need someone with hands-on pharmacy experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay accurate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions and accurately enter patient and medication details

• Prepare and label medications for pharmacist verification

• Organize blister packaging for patients on multiple prescriptions

• Process third-party billing, ODB claims, and private insurance adjudication

• Assist patients at the counter with pickups and inquiries

• Monitor inventory and manage stock levels
