There's no paperwork to fill out ahead of time, so you can skip the hassle of forms and signatures. Nothing to set up in advance. Just show up and walk-in, and we'll take care of the rest, walking you through exactly what to expect once you're here. Simple, easy, and ready when you are.
We're open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Closed weekends. If it's outside these hours and it's not an emergency, call ahead to check the same-day what we can provide in terms of options.
The clinic is fully wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking, push-button entry doors, and accessible rooms and bathrooms, all on the main level of the plaza.
What to Bring
Your OHIP health card. This is the only thing you really need.
Photo ID, just in case.
A list of any medications you're currently taking, if you have one, especially if you're here for a prescription renewal.
Any relevant medical history or previous test results, if you have them on hand. Not required, but it helps the doctor see the full picture faster.
What to Expect When You Walk In
When you arrive, check in at the front desk with your health card and let them know why you're visiting, then have a seat until it's your turn. The doctor will ask about your symptoms, may do a quick exam or basic test like checking your blood pressure, and explain what's going on with your health. That's it, no stress, no surprises, just straightforward care when you need it.
Your first visit doesn't need to be that complicated. Just walk in.
